The booking must be secured with a credit card, but your card will be charged only on the day of the tour. Maverick will confirm your flight details and pick up times. Passengers will need to give their full name and weights and they will need to show their passport when checking in. Please note, passengers over 300lbs in weight will be required to purchase 2 seats.
Clients who wish to make bookings on Maverick flights once in Las Vegas will be required to pay the higher rate, as shown on the Maverick website, applicable to tour at the time of making the reservation.

Conference fees
The conference fee per delegate is £495 until 10 March 2012 and £595 until 12 October 2012 and £695 from 13 October. NSA, SCA, ASA and Nippon Slag Association members can enjoy a further 20% discount.
If you wish to attend the gala dinner, an additional fee of £80 is payable. Please note that accommodation and travel are not included in the delegate fee.
Awards Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner will be a THRILLING evening on the 108th floor of Stratosphere Tower, the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States, offering magnificent panoramic views of the shimmering Las Vegas Strip and valley. The tower also houses the world's highest thrill rides, so our evening begins with a joyride (free choice of Insanity, X-Scream or Big Shot) before sitting down to enjoy wonderful food and award-winning views (voted the best view of Vegas 2011 by Las Vegas Review Journal readers).
The dinner is charged at £80 and will take place on 12 November.

Dress code
Dress code for the conference and gala dinner is smart casual or business attire.
Cancellation
Please note that conference fees are not refundable under any circumstances, unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. You are advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.
