Conference fees

The fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference programme and download of PDF presentations, lunches and drinks receptions, and includes the conference Global Slag Awards Dinner.

Field Trips

A field trip is not currently scheduled.

Global Slag Awards Dinner

The Global Slag Awards Dinner will take place at a memorable location, to be announced, and the Global Slag Awards will be presented during the dinner. Return to the hotel by 23:00, latest.

Attendance at the Global Slag Awards Dinner is included in delegate registration (no refund for non-participation), and additional guest tickets for Global Slag Awards Dinner are bookable at a rate of €150/person during your on-line registration.

Photography and videography

Registration and participation in the event includes your agreement to allow the use of your likeness in photos and video created by the organisers for promotional and other purposes.

Right of refusal

The event organisers reserve the right to bar any attendee from the conference and exhibition facilities, gala dinner, and hotel and hotel grounds, in case of disruptive behaviour, non-payment of full conference dues, insobriety or wantonness.

Cancellation

Please note that conference fees are not refundable under any circumstances, unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. The organisers will not be liable for any additional expenses - you are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover any consequent losses, or to claim on any existing corporate insurance policy. You are advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.
